“ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH AMAZING PEOPLE, THE STAFF WERE AMAZING ESPECIALLY ELSA. LET ME TELL YOUSE THAT ELSA WAS SOOOOO KIND AND SWEET, GENUINELY HELPED US SO MUCH IN ACCESSING THE BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH AND GIVE OUR ORDERS.

“Convenient location, on arrival only two members of staff on duty that evening both of whom had customers. Was able to browse slowly and then the next free staff engaged with us, she asked if she can be of any help and I advised that we had browsed online prior to coming and she was able to show us the different type options and touch , feel, open under store for full experience feel.
It was great to visit in store and saw each model of bed and we then selected, proceed to purchase a large double.
Though it was close to closing by then the staff did not rush but took their time to ensure we had all that was require to complete our bed purchase and the accessories.

“We got married at Oulton Hall this past weekend, and it was incredible every single staff member who I spoke to went above and beyond for us to have the most incredible day. Everything went to plan and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. It was stunning, gorgeous and the best day we have ever had! Thank you everybody but especially Tim and Antonia, the day would not have been as good if it was not for you! Thank you ❤️”

“Both delivery men were very polite and friendly they both had a little chat with my 2 year old grandson who was very interested in what they were doing. Both men came into my house and removed their shoes upon entering. I was very impressed with the service I received.”

“I just wanted to leave a special mention for Sheree the lovely lady on reception who truly went above and beyond during our stay. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness that we immediately felt at home. She was incredibly helpful, whether it was offering local recommendations, assisting with last-minute requests, or simply taking the time to check in with a smile each day.

It’s rare to come across someone who so clearly takes pride in making guests feel welcome and cared for. Her professionalism, patience, and personal touch made a real difference to our experience. “Have lived in the area most of my life but never been here for food. The menu is very typical pub fare, burgers, lasagne, pie etc. We ordered steak pie, gammon, Cajun chicken and burger. The sides of salad and veg were typical and a bit dull but the chips were actually homemade and not you’re frozen nonsense, as was the mash, the stars of the show were definitely the meat, the burger was a thick homemade patty, the gammon thick but well cooked and moist, the chicken was spicy and tender, but the real hero was the steak pie, the steak was so tender and a very generous size. The staff were lovely, welcoming and chatty. Overall, just what you want from a friendly local, we’ll go again.”

“A wonderful experience here, excellent customer service. Stayed for a few nights and no complaints. A bit of a drawback with the fact that there is no room service or food, but that was easily remedied by the fast food and supermarkets within walking distance. 5 stars!Always remember to check your car in so you don't get a fine.”

“This is the best possible location for a hotel! It's so close to Trinity mall and the enormous City Centre. I loved our room with two beds, it was just right for our little family. We stayed here for a week in July 2023. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and my favorite person was the lady that had the East End accent. Absolute dolls. This hotel has excellent air conditioning, which is important for a big, sweaty American like me. The gym had a peloton bike and plenty of water for our flask refills.”

The spare pillows were a bit damp but they changed it right away.Has a nice quiet sleep.No parking onsite but ncp parking 8 min walk away with discounted price for hotel residents.It is very very close to the center - all major shops in walking distance. And the rooms were surprising cheap.Rooms: Nice clean rooms.Nearby activities: major shops of leeds are near by.Safety: No concerns seen. Access is card controlled.”

“Went in for some boxes and aryane served me at the tills, she was ready to help as I requested something, she did so with a big lovely smile which is so hard to find these days in customer service. Super friendly and kind, really an asset to the team! Thank you Aryane, it was a pleasure to have been served by you! The manager was nice too. All and all good service on that day!”

“Ideal spot only 4 mins walk from the train station. Was a bit concerned about the noise from the trains but didn't affect our sleep. Had there breakfast which was ok.”
