Ms Sue Thomas has some great customer service skills.
I visited the bank with my wife a couple of weeks ago for an issue and she handled it very efficiently and got it fixed. I and my wife have been their customers for almost 1.5 years now, and had to visit the branch a couple of times but never had any issue with their customer service.

Absolutely appalled by the service I received at Lloyds. I visited the branch on Tuesday afternoon (13/05/2025) around 2 PM and was served by a young female staff member who was extremely rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. Her tone, attitude, and complete lack of professionalism made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer.
It?s disappointing, especially since I?ve been with Lloyds for years. But after this experience, I?ve decided to close my account and move to HSBC Premier. No one deserves to be treated like this. Do better, Lloyds.

Yesterday I went bank to raise issue regarding my account, only to be disrespected by a male staff member.

Some staff are just rude, happenened three times, the nice staff told me I can consult at the front desk to let the help me check what happened to my card but one of the lady at the front told me directly to open bank accounts in other bank? Directly ! Also another staff I feel like they never listen to you. I told him I withdrew 800 before he told me impossible? He told me the maximum is 400. I wish I didn?t listen to him. He told me maximum 400, then I withdrew 500 in front of his face. Before i wanted to deposit money at the the cashier the same guy, he told me he can?t put in my card because again ! Limit! And I told him I deposited this amount before. He never listened ! NEVER! And second I come back again with another staff it works perfectly fine

Apparently they are smarter than everyone and know everything when it starts online at the uni what I need . Go to HSBC!! Way easier and nicer

Worst experience with this branch. One lady booked me in for a credit card award. The next day, I received a call in the morning to cancel my appointment because it seemed like someone just wanted free coffee time. She asked questions but didn't even try to listen. Afterward, I felt like it was my fault for wasting her time. The staff was really rude. Only a few of them seemed to enjoy their jobs.
