Excellent service, I had two scalp cysts removed by Dr Hobman, really good guy. I?ve had a few of these removed over the years but have to say, this time was the least painful and stitching is first class. Top man, thank you Dr Hobman.

I have received nothing but friendly, polite snd professional service from this pharmacy. Yes, they are busy and at times you do see staff chatting but often it's about customer requests and queries

The best thing you can say about this pharmacy is "it's not Lloyd's Moortown.Do they always get things right?2 out of 3 times I'd say yes.The staff are friendly and they don't keep you waiting.

Absolutely shambolic service from this pharmacy, consistently poor service. Finally given up on them and moving prescriptions to a pharmacy that delivers a decent level of service.

Service can take time , the Staff are quick to acknowledge you, it's a busy pharmacist so expected , I had an emergency prescription and it took some time to process , I received my item in the end , overall staff very helpful , the pharmacy combined with the GPS was clean and the waiting area with music is ok to sit and wait .

Ok - but got ignored for a while. Went in and there was one person in front then that person left. I was not acknowledge but there was an important natter session needed between two of them and the other two were pottering around. Eventually one asked if I was being seen to. No and you all knew that! I was thinking. Just not welcoming and inefficient if you are buying something for £9 or more elsewhere that lasts 28 days you would expect better service! Also cost of drug is £0.99 really rip off
