The receptionist is lazy and has no manners along with no empathy for people ringing with mental health issues. She is clearly in the wrong job and doesn't want to help people. She couldn't even be bothered to look for someone for me to speak to since the person i usually would go to wasn't in and she offered zero help.

safe and friendly staff I got stalked out of a meeting by a certain individual in one meeting and the staff didn't seem approachable at the time I kept getting stern looks from some 0f the facilitator that didn't help and one of the facilitators didn't appear to be helping people keep safe in the group as he made a comment... read full comment
