I've been to the store everyday for the past 3 days to redeem my Welcome Original 4 glazed doughnuts. But they were out of stock all 3 days and suggested me to go to their White rose store which is a 30 min journey. Now the reward will expire today.

Staff are very rude and disgusting I went here on too good to go with him Friend and there was a young lady working so I asked her what was the best seller out of the new friends range and was told passion fruit and mango so she give me one to try free and the said please do not tell any other staff I said ok then my friend come in and started talking about the flags they had in shop and I told the girl as well that I sign a woman up for the to good too go as you can get 6 doughnuts for £4.65 on there and the girl said yes she been in and we kept them a side for her and I said are you allowed to do that and she said no but she was a good look woman so I did it then she said I keep u a box back if u want so I did then I asked her can u tell customers that you can get them on to good too go and she said we can but we don?t then a young Asian couple walked in and I said if you get more then 2 doughnuts then I would go with n to good to go as it?s a lot cheaper so they did then the time come to pick the pack of 6 up and I said to the lady is there any more on to good to go she said no but if u want I put 1 more on for u but u have to be quick so I got two boxes then I said bye and she said bye
The few days later I went in with a friend and ask the lad behind the counter what are the chances of Biscoff and white chocolate doughnuts being left when to good to go comes on he said not good as they are a good seller then said I need a word with I said ok he then said you and your friend are not allowed to order on to good to go no more and I asked why and he said I had a complaint about you and your friend and I was asked then to leave which I did.
Then today I phoned head office to talk about this and I was told it will be looked in to and I told my friend I spoke to head office and then he ring them and told them about it and she said she can?t talk to him as it?s only me that is banned from store which I did nothing wrong.

Ordered twice on Deliveroo and both times I haven't got my order which means I'm out money and have no notice to get anymore, it's absolutely ridiculous they advertise that they're open until 8pm when clearly they aren't. They don't turn the delivery thing off and it just keeps pinging for drivers to go pick it up when it's not even open.
