Absolute appalled by the service from the lady behind the till. Popped down on national doughnut day with the promo code but did not receive a doughnut from the server despite having sealed packets with world doughnut label on display. Falsely advertising free doughnut what a waste of time.

My wife and myself sat down with two coffees and 2 cakes. The 2 ladies were on their phones when we ordered. All the tables were mucky. My wife complained. One lady cleaned ours. Left other tables. 20 minutes after leaving started getting pains in my stomach. Followed by rushing to the toilet. Rest of my night was ruined. We and family will not be returning to this place ever.

Shout out to the lovely young ladies at Krispy Kreme in Whiterose i only had cash and they gave me the doughnuts for free, lovely ladys, very respectfull and i highly appreciated the gesture

I was stood waiting for the staff member that was on around 17:30 6th Dec. She was cleaning the tables and chairs. She looked at me and frowned and started muttering something to her friend who she was talking to. She then proceeded to clean, waiting a few more minutes. The lady looked at me again and did the same thing. I walked round to ask if she was open, she replied ?yeah, just give me a minute will you? I responded you know what, leave it. Rudest encounter I?ve ever had, just for a donut aswell.

Very disappointed, bought the double dozen and not a cheap past time, the 12 glazed donuts are normally my favourites but the glaze was running of then and tasted very dry, the pick your own dozen again felt a bit dry, real shame I look forward to treating my family but no longer feel it's worth the long drive or the expense.
