We absolutely loved our time there. Went in the morning on a Thursday (during school term time), was quiet so we got to enjoy the attention of the cats mainly on us!
They were a wide variety of cats, ages and colours, most of them did seem friendly and happy to be petted (it?s completely understandable if some want time alone)
A special shout out to the tabby kitten Kyzer, such an adorable, friendly and cheeky little furrball!
We really enjoyed our time there, we were 2 adults and 1 child, felt the staff were really friendly, hard working and helpful even when our hot chocolate was toppled over by a hyper kyzer!
Did not feel discriminated against due to being people of colour and different faith, despite previous reviews.

Lovely place and great concept, nice staff too. But I feel it could be so much of a better experience for patrons and the cats by having an age restriction. It is very unfortunate that younger children were not fully supervised, chasing, generally being loud and man handling the cats. Majority of the cats seemed fed up, but glad to have experienced it.

Beautiful cafe with great food and the cutest cats ever, they truly steal your heart and attention. Staff were helpful and friendly definitely will be back again.

We loved everything about it, coffee and cakes amazing and all the kitties were adorable. Everyone was really polite and all the customers were happy so it was a joyful place to be ?

Food and atmosphere was nice however just constant loud kids with crying, screaming, chasing cats etc. You can also see basically every cat either hiding or just generally distressed because of this. I just think if there was an age limit or better control of the rules it would?ve been more enjoyable all round.

Cats were super gorgeous and I enjoyed being around them and food was amazing but my issue with the place was serving was super slow and as soon as we got it we only had about 25 minutes left, and not enough. The cafè told us the rules and it was simple enough and easy to understand but as soon as we were sat round, Children were visibly stressing the cats off and handing them human food just to pet them and the adults would laugh and take photos, staff seemed to be aware but didn't help reinforce these rules and that only encouraged the kids to keep doing it.

Slow service. Took 15 min for some one to take food order then another 35 min after that for food to arrive. After 5 min of eating 1 of guys told me we have 5 min left. I told him we only got our food 5 min ago. His response was i give you a little bit longer and he walked off. Food tasted terrible. Most of it was cold and tasted cheap. Spent 66 pound on over price disgusting food

Lovely place for a brew, yes it costs more but all the money goes to saving little kitties

3 because, I love cats, but it wasn?t the best experience. I was expecting more. The food isn?t fresh. I asked for a toastie without mayo and they said they couldn?t do it. I wondered if it?s fresh then they?d be able to do that easily. It came out thin and a tiny toastie. The food isn?t the best. We waited like 35 minutes for our packet coffee. Not freshly made coffee. it?s packets. There?s a big difference between fresh bean coffee and packets. It?s wayyyy overpriced. The cats are lovey. The staff are sweet. The food is crap and so is the coffee. Don?t recommend eating there. Also don?t go in summer holidays. Filled with kids being rough with cats. Kicking them. Pulling their tails. An adult was striking a cat it was meowing and trying to move away and they kept stroking the poor kitty, while also Cornering the baby.

Visited Kitty Café in Leeds this afternoon for the first time. The customer service was friendly and welcoming, and it was nice to spend some time with the cats. We did see quite a few kittens that looked very young, which left us wondering if such little ones might be better kept somewhere quieter until they?re ready to mingle. A few of the cats also seemed a bit anxious, which made the environment feel different compared to other cat cafés we?ve visited.
The place itself was quite lively at times a bit hectic. Our tea and sides took a little while to arrive, but nothing unmanageable. Overall, it?s worth a visit if you?re in the city and want some time with cats, just keep in mind it can feel a little busier and less calm than you might expect. Probably not somewhere we?d rush back to, but glad we experienced it once.

Lovely experience at Kitty Cafe! Friendly staff, great menu, and healthy happy cats result in the perfect way to spend an afternoon.

Overall we had a nice time, but it was very crowded and loud. Lots of young children relentlessly chasing and grabbing the cats.
Service was slow but the staff were mostly nice (some not very friendly at all) albeit all quite young looking. Felt like there needed to be a slightly older adult managing the place.
I love cat cafes but probably wouldn't go back to this one.

When people control their kids an stop then stomping about the place scaring the cats it's a lovely gaff. Cute kittens. Foods a bit pricey an all the cats are doing is roaming for scrap food or off the plate on your table.

The kitties are so cute and smol here! You do have to watch your food, as some of them are insatiable. But the whole experience is wonderful for cat-lovers. The food and drinks are also pretty good, and the service is very good too.

Not knowing these existed, I found it whilst passing by on my trip to Leeds.
The place was cozy and the cats were absolutely adorable, yet mischeivous.
The food was delicious and the drinks were great.
I had a honeycomb hot chocolate, and it was so good even the cats attempted to steal it.
One cat managed to get a claw of whipped cream, whilst the other got a paw-ful and nearly caused me to spill the drink whilst I was attempting to keep the drink away from them due to its heat.
It was such a wonderful experience and the staff were very attentive, when I informed them about the cat that put its paw in my drink, they went to ensure thr cat hadn't gotten hurt due to the hot drink, despite not knowing if he made it past the whipped cream.
I would highly recommend you visit here. Such a wonderful little place.
