The branch is a small shop front with what you would expect from this size store. Staff were friendly and helpful. Menu changes with the main stream branch's as you would expect. All in all it's a KFC and you know what your getting.

Very bad experience on this KFC Crossgates. I ordered online via KFC App and put instructions to Only 1 Leg Pls. When it was delivered by Ubet Eats, it?s ALL LEGS! This seems ridiculous they only cooked legs on that branch. Beware ordering online.

Always seem to get the tiniest portions from this KFC.If it was a one off fair enough but happens every time. Best going to the drive through KFC down the road near Maccies
