Food was not up to scratch. Chicken wasn't crispy, it was soggy and wet, the coating was all stuck to bucket. The chips were overcooked and cold. We had less than a 4 minute journey so it shouldn't gave been that bad.
Parking: Put me off KFC most of chicken got wasted.

Passed off small pieces of chicken for decent average sized breasts, thighs, or side-breast. All cooked well.
Looked chaotic but got my order right.
Also, halal, so bonus points.

Purposefully drove here with my family to get a kfc with an option to eat in. Checked the KFC website before travelling to check it was open. We arrived just before 9 pm in the pouring rain. As we were entering our order into the computer, they put the shutter down on the eating area. I politely asked if my family could eat there but was told no, they'd cleaned it, and we might make a mess. I told them I'll clean up after us and even wipe the tables, but they refused to let us eat in. They were really unhelpful, and I didn't like their attitude, they were enjoying the fact we would have to eat in the rain. I asked if there was anywhere you could eat in and they pointed to the grilled chicken place opposite. So we went there and had some great food and fantastic service. At least they won't have to do any work work no customers. I wonder how long it will be before it follows headingly KFC and closes down.

Visited 31/11/2024 the restaurant was empty apart from me and my daughter and then a gang of youths all came in and stayed without eating enjoying the free electric and WiFi sttting on tables and speaking very loudly whilst the staff looked on oblivious. Left me and my daughter frightened and rushing to eat and food and leave. This happened around 17:30. No one to police the place. Your not safe when the team of staff won't confront the non paying customers to purchase or leave. Not one if the hang bought anything. Just sat around acting like thugs was not nice. Food was perfect as always. Staff were moody apart from my server

Had to mess about order on the screen, then go pay at counter as was using cash.
Order was wrong. I didn't realise until a mile away, and there was no time to go back

Ordered a "delivery" and received 1/3 of the order. No ownership from the driver nor the restaurant. Customer service was awful, no apologies or attempts to rectify the mistake, luckily I was refunded the order via uberEats. I would have gone to collect if I knew this would happen. Never again.

Well, if i can say one thing Good about this place is that it has put me off fast food and just eat service, which seeing as i am a Fat bird is not a bad thing . Where do i start the drive didn't show up and got the wrong address. He apparently works for just eat but never the less , in this position the restaurant are usually helpful . But the staff and manager had the attitude and manners that explains why they are working at KFC . The dead Chickens they are frying had more brains that these two fools . Very rude .I could see on the map the driver was on the wrong street . He messaged he was outside and wouldn't answer his phone so i could explain he was actually on the wrong street .Just eat was massively hard to track down the complaints and the restaurant was unhelpful .Didn't offer any help.Eventually Just eat complaints were tracked down by calling a number and the number directing me to an app . It was a massive task to get through to the right people . They said i would get a refund in a week . But asked me loads of questionsBut the restaurant is obligated to sort this the Driver and the staff had no accountability for their mistake .However in all fairness, i cant blame them . These Muppets have to look out the window and see a parking meter that earns more than they do everyday.You cant really expect them to care.And as least i might stick to my diet from now on thanks to these clowns.I hold no hope for the driver

The food is always good because of the brand?s uniqueness.Location wise it is great. It is the nearest KFC nearby.It is designed well and is clean. accessible for wheelchair users.Refreshment staff training required.The parking is not always available in streets nearby.

I'm American but I have relatives in Leeds... I NEVER get KFC in the states, but I get it from this place as often as I can when visiting the family. KFC in the states is over salted coating over emaciated chickens. This KFC is REALLY good, 4* restaurant in georgia good. Overall KFC's in the UK are just better than in the US or Canada (Canada also has emaciated chickens)... this is NOT just my opinion. I've had this conversation with multiple Americans who have eaten KFC in the UK and they all agree. But THIS KFC... I've yet to find one in London that's as tasty as this one.
