Just bought £50 worth of food. One meal was missing, separate 4 pieces of chicken were all drumsticks and the portion of chips wouldn?t fill a child! All freezing too. Couldn?t go back as we drove home when we noticed. Avoid this kfc at all costs, run by idiots

every time we visit this place , something is missing. We make a point of not leaving the que until we have thoroughly checked our food and they make a fuss like there doing you a favour ! Just been now (bonfire night) at 8pm ti feed the kids and as it was EMPTY we just assumed they?d do it right. Not like there doing anything it was dead. We drove threw and got 8 peace boneless feast and left, we live 10 min away. Got home and guess what - NO FRIES! So we Called them and asked for them to bring our food and they said no you come for it or have nothing!! We paid £24 and half the order missing and we have to drive another 20 min to eat! They said you can have one free meal next time. We said we didn?t want that just send a just eat driver with our food. They said no they can?t do that. So a stone cold late tea from KFC. Customer service is shocking, it?s gone down hill now they just hire any old jobs worth. Embarrassed for the staff.

Clean environment never too busy which means relatively quick service. Staff are helpful and polite. Food. well it?s KFC; I?m sure we all know what it taste like although the newly introduced ?finger lickin signature fries? are reasonably tasty, although a bit salty

The orders seem to always be cold or luke warm at best and sometimes stale. I like KFC chicken hot and greasy like fried chicken should be, not stale and dry. They seem to always be rushing you into making your order, but then take time to deliver it. Even though it's there ready.Vegetarian options: Well, it's kentucky fried "chicken," but they do have minimal options for vegetariansParking: KFC has their own designated parking, but there's other shops in the complex. You could even park on the road outside

No atmosphere as there was no one there. . ordered tea only to be told the was no milk after they brought the meals over. Clean restaurant and nice food. And an empty car park to park in.
