I ordered a meal with a extra piece of chicken as I had not eaten all day... When I got home I discovered I did not receive the extra piece of chicken I paid for ... Probably because the staff were busy talking to each other, It was not busy... I was the only customer at the time.Not had KFC in a few years , I don't remember it tasting so salty.

It is at the convenient location at the city centre. Many people visit that place and that keeps it super busy.
It is very small compared to its location at the city centre. Customers are sitting on the floor or just standing and eating. This shop needs an extension or nearby relocation in a large area. As it is super busy some of the food items are super oily. They don't get enough time to drain the oil or a cooking protocol needs optimization.
People are nice and friendly. They are super busy including serving food or even in the cleaning process. But superbly nice!
Take away or eating out is better options.

Very conveniently placed next to the merrion centre, great for calling in for lunch, was busy but I managed to get a seat, nice staff and very prompt service, as usual the food was nice and hot, the fries are the best, nice flavour, delicious, of course the chicken as nice as ever, would call in again if near .

Ordered from here and ended up with a big blonde hair fried into the chicken and batter to the point where it couldn't even be pulled out.

Incompetent manager. And incompetent members of staff?cannot even read a receipt listing food in English properly ?.gave me the order of my brothers which was a separate order number.
Checked my order on the table behind. Due to these guys getting my order wrong multiple times before. checked it and returned less than 15 seconds later.
The manager and staff then accused me of stealing a burger out the wrong order. Despite me never leaving the shop lol.
The wrong order they gave me which was supposedly my brothers was wrong too.
Idiotic manager made me wait for 25 mins whilst he checked the CCTV footage. Due to the supposed ?burger theft?
Realised he was wrong. And eventually gave my brothers meal.
Didn?t stop there. Went home to find that the tools still got the order wrong again, by giving a small fries instead of a large.
What makes everything worse. There no apology given.
Please employ competent staff. Not staff that cannot speak or read English properly. Total liabilities.

Firstly the customer service is very poor. I ordered a box of 20wings for dine in and the number of wings was less then it was conveyed to the manager and he was in a stand that the customer is lying. The staff was very rude to the customer as i even asked him to come and check whether the quantity is there or not. He the person in manager post in the night is very bad in customer service.
