I was trying to place an order but there was a large queue and lots of children playing on the 2 self service kiosks. I went to speak to the girl on the counter (who had a very bad attitude) to place an order or for her to ask the kids to stop messing about with the kiosks but she refused to take my order or do anything about it.

KFC experience is always great. Chicken at KFC has their own taste. I liked this KFC. Lots of seating space and peaceful atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: KFC is on the ground floor, so easy with wheelchair as well.

Shocking experience in the restaurant.
Poor miserable staff, customer engagement lacking by the Indian staff.
Postmix was empty, app rubbish for payment.
Food is ok.
**Additional:
Even KFCs stock response is poor. I went in store not delivery! Get it right.
I sent separate feedback to the KFC team with recommendations.

Been sat for over 30 minutes and had to remind the staff that we are waiting for food that we had ordered not a happy bunny
No organisation no structure not even a shift leader on site just atrocious

KFC keeps their standards for food.
Placing order is very simple. Friendly staff in general.
We recently visited the place. We would like to have a take away. We asked for the tomato catch-up but the staff Member has ignored us. We were waiting while the staff entertained another customer. But this has happened once only.
Great environment to sit and enjoy the food. Overall a nice place to dine.

Have to use self service to order. Not a problem in itself but please make sure that the machine has paper in it to give out a receipt.
This is the third time in the last two months I have been in and not been given a receipt.
Please fix this because if none are avaliable next time I come, I will not be returning.

Absolutely carp! Got the order wrong 5 times. Had to go to baxk to the counter to get items missed 3 times. No napkins, no straws.
The place was a cesspit. You have to clean your own table. So make sure you have wipes.
Main thing the food eegghhhh! Fries disgusting. Chicken wings are not cooked properly.
It's just a waste of time. YOU WILL BE SICK.

Heavily overpriced made to use the machine to order so sad how kfc has gone and chips are rubbish.i will miss the chicken.But you don't it's still crap just over priced rubbish. You put people in a cheap job who don't care about the food and then you sell this crap to us why

Many issues when ordering food online from this store. Sometimes food just disappeared, sometimes order was cancelled without refund.
