The most incompetent staff I've ever had the misfortune to meet. Apparently a Gravy Mega Box is now just a piece of chicken in a bag with some chips. Just sack the staff and get a new lot in. Every time I go to this KFC it's CONSISTENTLY wrong. Avoid. ?

Good restaurant. Had a big family bucket for eat-in. Staff were good and friendly. Sitting area was clean.
I found a good atmosphere there
Parking: A bit tight for big vehicles esp. big vans or caravans. Definitely can?t take a lorry there

Can't even rate the food because it never arrived. Said it was ready for an hours for drivers to keep arriving saying it wasn't ready. What a joke. Took them an hour to cancel and by that time they were then closed. As if they didn't have the energy to even cook the food and let the order pass.

I had a wonderful experience at KFC Kirkstall today! The restaurant was super clean, and the staff were really friendly, greeting me with a smile right when I walked in. My food came out quickly, and everything was piping hot and fresh. The chicken was perfectly crispy, and the sides?especially the mashed potatoes?were on point. Great service, great food, and a really pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!
