I ordered online, my first order from the KFC app, which I installed today and will never use again, they took my money , said the order was in the way , even gave me the driver's name , but no order ever arrived. When I phoned I was told it was an Uber problem?? ( My order was with KFC NOT Uber!! ) I was told there would be a refund , taking 15 working days!! Unbelievable !! The Gotts park KFC never answers the phone , and the app only says they can't help. If your hungry and looking for food DO NOT USE THEM, it's like gambling ,maybe you will get food or maybe you will starve, while.they bank your money and earn interest off it for 2 weeks. This has got to be illegal !!! What a disgrace !! Do Not Use them, at all, it's a con !!!

Cold in the restaurant so I would not want to eat in as I would not be comfortable. Staff incompetent and really unhelpful. Ordering machines not working properly but staff won't take orders at the till! Walked out will not be returning, EVER!
Thornbury is not far away I'd suggest using them instead if you really want a KFC. We however decided to go to the bridge inn and have pizza!

shocking shocking showing it doesn?t even deserve one single review or star i ordered my food for me and my boyfriend bare in mind we are on a very very short budget so we got some food we could afford and we can both share i order and pressed delivery BUT NO where is it 2 hours i?ve rang up asked for a refund and all the get is grief off the MANAGER sorry what saying i needed a code all this and that i didn?t have a code and it didn?t say it anything on it whatsoever im absolutely furious that?s £20 down the drain bare in mind im young and dont have a lot of money absolutely shocking need to learn how to run a restaurant instead of being usless and making it all so difficult
