Ordered a family feast bucket and tower burger meal. (£43) Requested the buffalo sauce be provided separately. (Kid having sandwich, not sure if he likes it) Food arrived cold, corn on cob looked grey, no dipping sauce for 5 people and burger full of buffalo sauce with a note on the receipt stating 'we are not allowed' next to my request. I called the shop but the woman who answered the phone was difficult to understand and couldn't understand me very well. After almost 10 mins of searching they are unable to find my order. Telling me it must be another shop. Their address across the top of the receipt.

Staff are miserable. Apparently popcorn chicken is 20p a piece according to a staff member trying to say this whilst another staff did my order secretly. That is expensive for a small popcorn chicken!! Chips also are always cold.
