Went to order at the till, got told to use self serve. I said I would like a person to take my order. They refused. I walked out. Total disgrace. Many of my friends have had similar experiences I've been informed. I suggest you don't replace people with machines or you would loose alot of business. I won't be returning . Rude staff and a total disrespect. Went to a small independent instead. They were happy to take my £40

My elderly parents voluntarily clear around your seacroft branch 2-3, times per week and we're made to feel embarrassed asking for a drink in the seacroft branch . You should be ashamed of yourselves for doing this . You probably don't care but they are just trying to keep the area clean. disgraceful service

Staff very rude, ordered a party bucket and when I got home realised they missed a couple of items one being large popcorn chicken. Rang up and spoke to the manager Victoria who did not apologise and said just come and pick the rest of the order up. Very poor people skills. She wasn?t apologetic. How she is a manager. God knows

The cleanliness of this KFC is SO poor! Been here a few times and noticed nearly every table needed a really good wipe down. The tables and seats are covered in gravy and chicken bones, not to mention the floor has dirty tissues and remnants of chicken batter. I?d say hire more staff to amend the issue but I?ve been in when the restaurant has been dead and the staff have used it as their opportunity to gossip rather than making it look presentable. Shame as I?ve never had an issue with the food itself here but it definitely doesn?t make me want to eat in anymore!

Absolutely disgusting kfc. The tables are filthy when hardly any customers and the toilets omg the smell is horrific and very offensive don?t think there?s ever been a cleaning product near the place. Smells of blocked drains and urine especially the ladies. Asked them to clean the tables as almost everyone was dirty guy on counter said in a min and so far hasn?t done so.

Kentucky Fried Pigeon. The pieces were so small and not cooked very well. We have had better. Need to up their game.
