The service is satisfactory, the eye test is good (but I don?t have other experiences from other opticians to compare), and the equipment is top of the range. However, frames and lenses are overpriced, and few choices exist. The frame styles are a bit outdated.

I bought two beautiful pairs of glasses. The assistant Farzarna was amazing at helping me choose my frames. She knew what would suit me. All communications were great and I collected my glasses and could not be happier!! I?ll definitely be back next time .

Poor opticians. Bad customer service. Never answer the phone. Useless optometrist, she hit me in the face with the machine. Really unorganised. Staff don't seem to have a clue what their doing. They are slow and unresponsive. I'm cancelling my contact lens scheme and going elsewhere.

Appealing customer service at John Lewis Opticians in Leeds. Cold, impersonal, slow and borderline rude. I would definitely not recommend this service and it's very disappointing that it is provided by John Lewis which I usually associate with excellent customer service

Friendly and professional staff, but lack of suitable frames that fit my (seemingly normal size) head meant I could not purchase any glasses.

I visited the Optician Shop today and I was given a 5 star service. I had all the test done and I knew I had to change my glasses so I got it done there itself.I highly recommend them.

Good equipment, shame about the customer service. Unhelpful when I went for new glasses, doing the bare minimum to help me select frames etc. They have now cancelled three appointments on a Wednesday afternoon my partner. Don't advertise and book these appointments if you have no intention of keeping them.
