Came in to enquire about a camera, which I hadn't realised has discontinued. Scott was so helpful in equipping me with the information I needed & also went out of his way to allow us to trial other cameras like the C1 and the tz99. Honestly, what an incredible man. I made the mistake of buying a pair of binoculars from this company (online) for £35 that turned out to be cheap plastic rubbish.
When I told them I wanted to return them, I had to pay nearly £5 for the return postage. How is it that right ?
Avoid this company. They have NO ethics and their customer care is nonexistent.
