Worst JD SPORTS iv ever been to. Waited over 30 mins for them to get shoes out from storage. A young brown/black rude girl with long curly hair was very rude with customers and to 2 of us and felt that she always had to have the last say. Wont be coming back because of her and will also be spreading the word of how bad the service is at this store which also speaks for others JDSPORTS since this is how they train their staff and allow them to treat customers!!

Had to walk out of here again as only one person in the till . Loads of staff milling around the shop floor not seeming to be doing anything and ignoring the queue at the till point .

Queued for ages to buy a t shirt with my son only to be told at the till that they'd priced it wrong and we need to pay a higher price!! I explained that was their mistake and should honour the labelled price....they disagreed, we left!!!! Not good

I waited over a hour to get my shoes changed. I paid £150 for shoes for them to give me 2 different sizes. I swapped them over for shoes that cost £110 and only got £40 nack I should off got £150 back. Futher more the shoes has stains on them and we?re 2 different sizes I do NOT recommend this shop clearly don?t know Ejat they are doing.
