I traveled to this store for return the item because Forster square Bradford store refused to help me, so I have been to this store and there was few customers was already in queue and after dealing with them they returned my item without any question and hardly it did take 2 minutes but I have had bit friendly chat with the member of staff they was friendly and helpful, I could say the staff of this store is trained and they know how to deal with customers.

Bit hectic in there ordered trainers for my grandson two weeks ago as he's a 6ft 4in lad with size 13 shoe they didn't have his size they said they would be delivered to his home they wernt so rang them they had cancelled them no phone call to me who paid for them just cancelled very disappointed
