I appreciate Zain from the footwear department for assisting me during my purchase. He was incredibly kind and helpful. My contactless payment didn't work due to the £100 limit, and I had forgotten my card at home. Zain creatively processed separate transactions, each just under £100, ensuring I could complete my purchase without going home empty-handed, also thanks for suggesting the crepe protect, again he saved my brand new airforces from getting orange juice. I'm grateful for his excellent service and look forward to shopping at this store again and I just hope to encounter more staff members like him.

Quite possible the worst customer service experience of my entire life and I'm 52 years old, do yourself a massive favour and avoid this store at all costs, its unorganised chaos with very rude, non functional staff. I had the misfortune of two visits today to this store, in total it took me 35 mins plus 8 mins waiting for the till to buy 1 pair of trainers, never again, who's in charge ???And to have tills that can only provide a receipt via email , who thought that one up, there is no way on this planet that you'd get me email so you can send me marketing emails every week. Come on JD sports directors sort this mess out !

My companion experienced an incident at the store on the day I came in (20.12.2023), and the staff were extremely supportive of us. They called in the Mall's First Aid Team and Security and kindly brought in a screen to ensure privacy and dignity.I couldn't buy these shoes that I really wanted and by the time that I could return, they had sold out.I'll always remember their quick response and support. Thank you, JD Sports!

Absolutely shocking the tills they have 8 tills only two staffed que all way up the shop, lots of staff on the shop floor why coukd some not jump on the tills to help out!! Definatly won't be returning any time soon, rather shop online
