Was a last minute booking. Haven't stayed in an Ibis for decades. Very glad I did. I'm partial to a bit of maximalism and colour bursts and so Ibis Styles cheered me up during an overnight stay on business. Great value for money. Slept like a baby in a King sized bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Will definitely stay again.Rooms: Spacious - if you book a King room. Characterful and clean.

The hotel appearance was lovely but the experience was not. We paid £208.98 for one night and for a 3 star hotel that's excessive for what we received. The mattress in our room was very uncomfortable. It felt very thin, could almost feel the divan underneath. The towel rail in our bathroom wasn't working therefore was cold and uncomfortable once out of the shower. And I couldn't find the hair dryer. We included breakfast which wasn't another nice experience. Breakfast was lukewarm, coffee machine wasn't working therefore took a while to get hot drinks and also forgetting our second order of drinks. I expected a better experience for what we paid.

This was my first time staying in an Ibis hotel, we came for an event nearby at the arena and it was perfectly located for that. There are lots of shops and parking nearby too which makes it very convenient.The hotel was clean with a smaller room, we had a large bed that was very comfortable and it had a television and tea and coffee available. The bathroom was incredibly small however and it was a little difficult to use because of this, if you have any slight issues with mobility you will need an accessible room, not a regular room.For the location and the price of this hotel, you cannot go wrong.Nearby activities: It's located in Leeds Centre so there's lots to do nearby, museums, cinema, shopping, dinner.Walkability: This hotel is located a couple minutes walk away from the carpark and about 5 mins max from the First Direct Arena. There's a small shopping centre nearby too with lots of great food options and smaller shops.

I stayed here for four nights, and the room was very quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!Food & drinks: Really good

Very disappointed. The bedsheet didn?t fit to the mattress so on my first night I was sleeping most of the time directly on the mattress which is disgusting.And when I got back for my second night the room was not cleaned properly, the cup still dirty, toilet was not cleaned and again the mattress sheet cover was not covering the whole mattress and the duvet cover was not fitted properly.When I spoke to reception regarding the tea and coffee top up and cleaning the cup stuff member told me feel free to come to the reception to have your tea and coffee as we don?t normally clean the cup when you have more than one night with us !!!The breakfast was fineStaff was friendlyI do come monthly to Leeds for business but I will never use this hotel, and I will pass this review to my host Leeds University to avoid any bookings in the future, for any future guests.Rooms: SmallNearby activities: Good restaurant and shopping aroundSafety: OkWalkability: OkFood & drinks: Ok

Beautiful experience staying in this lovely hotel.Was blown away with quality and service of Breakfast. Never had scrambled eggs this good before. Staff was so helpful. Beautifully decorated restaurant which named " Mahe'".Really friendly and professional service by restaurant manger Adeel.Rooms were very cleaned and hotel staff was friendly.Discounted parking available as well.Highly recommended.Food & drinks: Was blown away with quality and service of Breakfast. Just an overnight stop for an early meeting with work, so I was not expecting so much.Pulled back the covers to find two holes in the duvet cover and then could not get the TV to show the 10 O'clock news. It had a casting facility, but could not get that going either!! Other than that room was roomy and bathroom fine. Breakfast was good.

Very impressed with this budget hotel. Perfectly located near the arena with plenty of amenities nearby - restaurants, gyms, supermarkets.The rooms were decent sized and the beds ample for a one night stay. Clean and modern, I?d definitely stay here again. This please is dog friendly too which is a great bonus!
