All of my experiences speaking and dealing with the team at Yeadon have been amazing. From the beginning of my tenancy, all the way to the end of my tenancy there has been a speedy process, all questions have been answered promptly and professionally. Hunters Estate Agents Yeadon branch have successfully sold two properties for me on two occasions in the past two years. The whole team have been fantastic and have done everything possible to support me and ensure a smooth sale,despite being overseas on a military posting and on a completely different time zone. I would absolutely use them in the future should the need arises. I felt I could both trust and rely on them to get the job done.

There was one person who made my experience at Hunters a great one. It was Clare Hunter, she was amazing. Her friendly, engaging style was always consistent as was her communication. She made me feel confident my sale, which was long and challenging would be successful.She pulled all the thread?s together towards the end of the sales process and was always motivational & driving for a good result.Without her my Hunters experience would have been average to poor but she saved the day for them.Thank you Clare & I would recommend Hunters because of her.

This is a very tricky time for the housing market. My sale eventually went through. Kim is an absolute star, very approachable and an asset to Hunters. I'm pleased my home went to a lovely family. One thing prospective sellers need to remember, it's your house until you complete!

We just bought our first home with Hunters, Yeadon. We had a few obstacles on the way which they helped us navigate with the seller and overall it was a positive experience and we will be going back when we come to sell! Kim and Emma always answered the phones and were always happy to help with any query. Claire was fantastic! We had an awful solicitor who didn't respond or give us important information that we needed to know about the selling process. Having previously worked for a solicitor, Claire answered lots of my questions on that and guided us through. When the solicitor was three days late completing and still asking for financial information at 4pm on the day they completed my stress level were through the roof and Claire provided emotional support and guidance on this which I will forever be grateful for. She was even willing to stay online beyond her working hours until the sale had gone through (which luckily it did at 4:55pm) to make sure we were sorted and ok. Claire made me feel like I had a friend holding my hand which was invaluable being a first time buyer with a terrible solicitor.Thank you Claire. Finally, when the sale had completed, Kim and Emma waited in the office for us so we could get the keys (just as they closed), Thank you Kim and Emma!
