Nice little budget hotel close to the centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. No tea/coffee making equipment in the rooms but reasonably priced drinks available at reception. We had some noisy 'neighbours' but nothing too problematic. Overall, worth the price and the room was very pleasant and clean.

Small untidy rooms . And they stopped us half way during breakfast despite us having paid for it and they mentioned that it wasn?t showing on their system. Poor service

For a budget hotel, it was very comfortable and very clean. The staff made it five stars!!! The morning continental breakfast was much more than I expected. And they have Nutella dispenser! I had planned on a month but stayed a bit longer and was quite comfortable. As a "tourist", the location was perfect. I'll be back.

The room generally meets expectations for the price paid, although improvements could be made, particularly in the layout of the toilet and shower area, lacking privacy. The hallways left much to be desired, being both dirty and emitting unpleasant odors. Additionally, the blinds had noticeable holes, allowing light to penetrate. Furthermore, the absence of amenities such as ironing boards and blow dryers was disappointing.

I had no choice but mark the wall and the end of the bed every time I went in or out of the room because the gap is too small, the wheelchair does not turn around in a turning circle anywhere at the side of the bed. The desk is put out an angle where the wheelchair user can?t get round and underneath it, it should be turned, not where the window is but along the wall in the bathroom, the toilet seat is so ridiculously low, it?s lower than a normal toilet seat and I couldn?t push myself up from the toilet because it was so low so degrading every single time I use the loo my husband had to help me get up off of it the style of the bed, where the person that shares the Bed with you has to literally climb over you to get to the other side is awful no thought has been put into the design of this Disabled room it is not fit for purpose. If you are an electric wheelchair user, you will only be able to reverse in and out the room for or backwards. You won?t be able to turn in a circle. The bathroom door opens out but there?s not enough space for you to open it to go in the bathroom, so you have to go backwards into the desk at a very difficult angle to even get the door open to be able to enter the bathroom on arrival, the whole of the hotels stunk of cannabis the staff were aware of this because the reception area of the lifts and the whole of the floor that we were on the only way you wouldn?t have smelt it was, if you didn?t have any sense of smell I would never stay in this room again and I would advise any Wheelchair user to not book it, especially the way the toilet is and the fact that you cannot turn around at the side of the bed which makes transferring in and out of Bed incredibly dangerous We stayed for two nights and it was an absolute waste of money..

Hotel is clean and rooms were spacious enough (we stayed in a triple). They provided a travel cot for us which was great. There is no kettle in room so we took our own travel one but free tea and coffee is available from restaurant anytime. We paid for breakfast in advance and hadn?t realised there wasn?t any cooked breakfast but to be honest for the price it was great - tea, coffee, juice, toast, pastries, meat and cheese, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Lots of options including milk alternatives like coconut milk which was a nice touch. Everything was fresh and delicious.Room is situated in a fab location for the price and only a short walking distance to the city center and the parking they use (a local multi story). It also had lovely views from our room.Staff were very friendly and helpful so couldn?t ask for anything more from them.Ultimately I feel it?s a fab budget option but maybe wouldn?t stay with a young child as it?s popular with groups of people staying there for a night out (understandable given the price and close proximity to the city) so we had a lot of noise in early hours with people coming back in and talking in corridors and etc. luckily our baby sleeps through that but it would probably wake most people. If I was staying child free it wouldn?t be an issue.

I was only staying for one night on my own. The price was very reasonable, a short walk from Leeds train station. Room was small but perfectly clean, functional and comfy bed, which is pretty much all I needed. I didn't need a fancy restaurant or breakfast, no tea and coffee in the room but was available at reception. Great for a cheap stay over if you need a good bed in a central location.

My Jack Russell and I stayed here for one night. It was located in a good location - far enough away from the hustle and Bustle of the city but a quick easy walk in. My dog is diabetic and although there is no mini fridge in the room the staff stored her medication in the hotel fridge and were fantastic in looking after us and making it available when we needed it. Rooms are basic but I had no complaints.
