Annoying to leave a 2* review but necessary. A mature woman with short hair has been rude snappy and just all round disrespectful TWO times I?ve been in the store now while serving me at the till snapping at me and my mother and just being extremely rude. I come in the store all the time and never have an issue, but have to say every time this woman has served me she?s been vile. Makes me extremely uncomfortable.

2 different floors full of various items for all sections and areas of your home. Products to suit all tastes and styles and the upper level offers great views of the City. Some quirky food and drink options to buy as well. A very interesting shop which seems to offer endless choices as well as a pleasant experience. Enjoy browsing in here and always seem to buy something useful or nice.

hit the staff at the store in Leeds are horrible . They do not prioritise the customer at all. They out no effort in packing the products making them end up damaged . They also mess up the codes on a lot of the products and when i tried to approach the manager she was incredibly rudee and shouted at me. I've shopped here twice and the staff here are obviously racist and extremely poor quality..

Definitely heaven for home-lovers! Wide varieties of home stuff with very good prices. Delicate and lovely items. The quality is also good. Either for yourself or as a pretty decent gift! Afterall they are HomeSense! The shop is spacious and have different levels so you could take time to wander around.
