I always had a great experience there. You could find a range of products. In the ground floor you can find plants, gardening tools, paints, carpets etc and in the first floor you will find kitchen, bathroom and electricals.\\n\\nStaffs are great too. They always are ready to help and support. I never had an uncomfortable encounter.\\n\\nThere is free parking space with dedicated space of child and wheelchair parking.\\n\\nI recommend the store.

Recently bought a yard brush that fell apart at the first use. Previously, just over a year ago, bought a motion sensor outside light that now doesn't switch itself off. They are good for paint and garden products.

Called In to dispute a parking fine the manager was very helpful,it appears there is no thoroughfare rights for traveling to any business on the same shopping complex business park, there is no signage saying no thoroughfare yet an attempt was made to fine me £100, 1000s of people use this rout and have done so for decades,it was a shock when I got this parking fine and it caused substantial stress and anxiety, also taking time up forChris bowen the manager of homebase it's not fair for him and all the people who have only passed through, I'm sure it will get sorted out soon,until then please be patient, thank you Chris

This is a review for Homebase - Leeds Moor Allerton Kitchen Design service.Feeling very disappointed ?.After 3 weeks of waiting, we went very excited to our scheduled appointment. We met with Frances Ballance (design consultant). Her attitude from the beginning was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Not sure if this was because my wife wearing a hijab or maybe she thought we are not going to buy so she was wasting her time. She hesitated to show us around or answer our questions (you have everything in the showroom - she said). Any questions we made about different options, products, prices or colours were handled in a very unprofessional way. Once she realized that we had a clear intention to buy a kitchen, her attitude changed to appear more friendly. When we left Homebase I and my wife been in shock. We never had been treated with so disrespect in more than 10 years we have been in the UK.Finally, we decided to go for another brand - also if it was more expensive. We bought our kitchen from Magnet (great product and better service). 8 months later we still feel we need to tell someone about our experience at Homebase at least nobody else gets treated in the same unprofessional and disrespectful way as Francis did toward us.

There's a household emergency and there is reliable Homebase to save the day. Sometimes staff can be as difficult to find as the product you need help to find.

The goods maybe reasonably priced, but try and do a click and collect order. They will text you the goods are there when they are not. They promise you a refund and don?t do it. The customer service number rings out to another country. The store manager emails and lies and doesn?t come back to you. 15 mile drive there and back, wasted time and money. Please don?t bother, go to B and Q.Homebase has just emailed me again 21/10/2022, to say my order is ready to collect, what a complete nightmare ?????.

I purchased items online and went to collect, when I received a text. I was lies to by a staff member when she could not find my item on the collection point and she said she would ring me to let me know when my item arrived, she did not ring. I was charged twice from my bank and was not given a refund for a returned item. but told I had not been charged twice. I asked about this and was lied to again. I rang customer service who sent a stupid response, bad beyond believe. I am still waiting for my money back. You really have made yourselves look stupid. How hard is it to learnt how to serve people and tell the truth?

Feels very disorganised and somewhat chaotic in its layout and decision to put random piles of items with bric-a-brac type sales stickers all over the place. I also reserved an item on their website for collection and was told it was available only to find it wasn't when I arrived to collect.

Just had a really bad experience here - 2 items for our new empty flat were on the shelf but they wouldn?t sell them to us.Clearly staff wanted them for themselves and were really rude and difficult.

Good range of items in store and good garden centre. But like every other garden centre several items are over priced but some are competitively priced. Good amount of parking. Helpful staff. Always seems a busy place.
