Had to exchange an item as I picked up the wrong item the manager Michael was kind enough to swap the item.
Much appreciated as he was on his lunch break. In future I will ensure I have a receipt with me.

Lovely shop some fab products however I was served by an older gentleman who was quite snappy and moody. Im not sure if he was having a bad day but customer service is everything i hope he has a better day tomorrow x

Friendly staff and helpful. The shop is well stocked but not everything can be found there maybe because they study what sells more than others And popular items goes quickly, but they can order it for you.
