Just went today for some much needed multivitamins and the lovely staff member, Oliver helped me out with finding what I needed and we had a really lovely conversation at the counter! I will be back as soon as I run out or get the urge to buy some of the other things on offer ?

I have to say I had really bad experience with this branch today!I went to this branch around 2 pm this afternoon to exchange/refund some of items I ordered online which are close to expire date on next January.However, a young staff named Luke refused to exchange or refund no matter what. And manager Richie(sounds like) turned up and after understanding the whole situation and started teasing me for items price and expired date. And I told him that I was clearly told by HB customer service regarding near expiration dates products free to exchange or refund and it's my consumer's right to refund within 30 days as it's just on your website return policy, please read it before you reject customer enquire.After that, the cashier Luke said he was not enjoying to refund me and manager said as manager he had right to service me??Well, it's apparently that this manager is lacking of problem solving ability and customers service skills. Even worse that treat customers in a rather poor way. Customers buy goods or service to meet longterm needs not for pushing customers to take expiration date products to fit company profits. And I assume H&B training his own employees to treat every customer with respect as No.1This is the worse branch I ever met and will not shop again for this disgusting customer serviceI

Received really good service from the Merrion Centre store, with one of their staff going out of his way to help me when I called up and then with further advice on current offers when I arrived at the store. Receiving such good service seems to be sadly rare when shopping these days, so I thought I'd write a review about it!
