Plenty of stuff for some hobbies, like painting, drawing, sawing, knitting, etc. The only downsides it's a little expensive, and till queues can get long sometimes.

Bought some supplies for a work event that got cancelled, and went to return the supplies - the staff were SO helpful when I couldn't find my receipt, they went to the back and found the receipt for us. This Hobbycraft definitely has a customer for life!

Our quality of service from Hobbycraft's online ordering, communication from Hobbycraft through to the collection of our Janome HC8100 sewing machine has been exceptional. Ordering was simple, price was good, communication as to when my machine was ready for collection was great and the staff at your Leeds store were polite and collected my order from the stores very quickly when we arrived, and then took the time to explain the relevant warranty details even though it was a busy Saturday.
So from start to finish it was an exceptional experience.
The Janome machine itself is amazing, I am really impressed with the smoothness of its operation, number of stitches and quietness.

I had a good experience at Hobbycraft thanks to Summer, who went above and beyond to help me.
When another staff member was struggling to locate my click-and-collect order and mistakenly handed me an order that belonged to someone else, Summer stepped in to resolve the situation. She quickly found my correct order and kindly served me when I made an additional purchase. She was very apologetic about the delay and remained professional throughout.
I also asked her several times about specific items, and she checked both the shop floor and the back stock area for me. Not only that, but she even tried contacting another branch to see if they had the items I needed in stock and to arrange them set aside for collection the next day. Unfortunately, the other branch didn?t answer the phone, but I really appreciated her effort.
I had gone to another shop after collecting my click and collect order to find some items I needed, but they didn?t have them. I returned to Hobbycraft just 15 minutes before closing time. Summer didn?t rush or hurry me. She took her time and helped me until the very last minute, ensuring I got what I needed and resolving the issues I was having.
