Called in here yesterday to buy a dress for an event. The staff member that served me was so helpful and lovely.My size was not available, so she ordered for next day delivery to come to my address.Exemplary service, very polite and helpful without being too overbearing (like some places I have been to).Highly recommend this store for the gorgeous items they have in stock.!

I went into Hobbs today to look for a mother of the bride outfit. It was the first shop I went into and I have to say I?m so glad it was!The staff were absolutely wonderful! Very friendly, so helpful and complimentary. I was very nervous as I am not a size 10 and I was worried as some stores can be quite rude if you are a plus size.The staff in this store are a credit to Hobbs and really put me at ease and needless to say I bought a complete outfit with shoes, jacket, wrap, bag & fascinator.Thank you so much and I will definitely be recommending this store in-particular. I will be back.

Really friendly and welcoming staff in the branch. I can't remember the shop assistants name but she was really helpful in trying to find a necklace for me and checking stock in other branches.
