Extremely rude staff

I like H&M and have visited many of their stores but I really disliked this branch on the ground floor of Trinity Shopping Centre.
It was dark and dingy, a really weird layout and not tidy at all.
I think the last time I got lost in a shop I was probably about 12 but I genuinely got thoroughly confused in this store and wandered around for ages searching for the exit.
No staff around other than on the till; I resorted to walking around with the window wall on my left until I eventually found an exit.????
Would not go back to that branch.

My previous experiences at this h&m have been positive, the staff previously have been polite and helpful, also the store layout is easy to find articles of clothing based on budget which is useful to me.
Today I bought a dress and it was going well until the woman at the till barely folded it up and shoved it in the bag. I found this offensive because I (as a student) don't often get the chance to buy clothes first hand, and I would really appreciate it if the staff member could've respected the piece of clothing that I bought.
Additionally, I smiled at the staff member working at the changing rooms as I was leaving, to which she gave me a blank face.
OK, they are most likely paid minimum wage and don't want to be there, I have had a job just like it in the past, trust me, I understand. But at this point, human to human, it is really disrespectful and off putting. Is it too much to ask to be treated as a human being, not a piece of trash? I'll think twice about coming back to this store again..

Security guard followed us around the entire shop. Assume this was racial profiling? Either way, generally not okay. This was on the recent Saturday- generally made us so uncomfortable and should not be done in this year/ century. Get it together please

The security racially profiled my sister and I. He showed his incompetency as a security guard instead of actually doing his job he acted in a racist manner.

Received worst customer service and unprofessional behaviour by one of the African lady staff near men?s section trial room. Clearly she is just for the money and lazy. These kind of people will destroy brands like these. I request managers to take appropriate action or else customers will refrain coming to the store, doesn?t matter what ever the brand is. Will never visit the shop in future.

H&M has one of the worst delivery services of all online shops that I have bought from. I tried their home delivery as well as pickup from store. Both are equally disappointing. No accurate delivery estimate when the web site says 2-4 working days it has to be 2-4 working days. When I am given a date I should expect to be able to pick my order up on that date. But unfortunately it is a hit and miss. Visiting the store is almost useless because both H&M stores in Leeds are small. Specially the kids section.

Had the absolute pleasure of being served by dylan, he truely is an asset to the store and made my shopping experiance incredibly easy and personal. I often struggle with shopping in person but he made my experience change my option, after Covid I find that retail shopping can be stressful and different to how it used to be however dylan has changed my opinion. I usually shop online at H&M but I have been encouraged to change my mind.

The lady called Tony on the check out today when asked for her name said why I'm asking for it aswel weather it's her real name or not was so rude to me and my mum asked her a question as she spoke so disrespectful to us staff need to be trained how to speak to there customers

Good selection, good prices. The changing room isn't described as unisex but is located in the men's section, so I wasted some time looking for the women's changing and had to ask an assistant. You could fix this with a sign?

I'm currently having some issues with a payment at this H&M shop. Went in to speak to someone today and met Pav, one of the manager.
His focus on costumer service and communication is great, he tried his best to resolve my issue. Thanks, Pav! :)
