Went in after a search for the coat of my dreams after being passed off by a member of staff, I asked a colleague Kiera who was so polite, looked for the item and found it for me. She was exceptional, and instead of leaving annoyed and disappointed - I'm overjoyed. A superb member of staff.

Visited a couple of times in the last couple of weeks and both times the changing rooms are closed. What's that about?
No self service tills working, and only 1 member of staff on a till and a massive queue.
Love the clothes but the overall shopping experience is ruined by lack of staff.

Called in to do a web return, saw the queue was very long so decided to call back later as from experience service can be quite slow. Returned to a queue of 3 and 2 people behind the till, great! But what I didn?t expect was 1 of the staff members taking over 15 minutes to hang stock, go get a rail and clear a cupboard before actually serving anyone. Nobody seemed to care that the queue was now 7 customers deep, other colleagues passed by or came to help with tricky transactions and nobody once apologised to the queue or started to serve. Very poor customer service!!

Went in store today 2/6/24 and heard staff slagging other members of staff off and then wanted some shorts my size was one in window asked the manager if she could swop them over so I could take that size, she said no with an attitude, felt like she didn't want to be at work, which isn't my problem no need for the attitude, so all the item's I had just bought I went and returned, not spending money in stores where staff are so rude.

Customer service non existent. Half of the self service tills not working. 1 proper till open for returns. 45 minute queue. Staff with an average age of 15, not their fault but who's in charge? They're hiding from the mess
