Unfortunately I can?t recall the lads name who served me, however the salesperson number on receipt 57022, offered exceptional service and was incredibly helpful. I come here often, but today I've received outstanding service from Nicola and Cynthia (apologies if spelled wrong).
They were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat about perfumes, they listened and in the end helped me choose which perfume to buy ? after patiently sampling so many for me, haha. They also offered me a bunch of samples for the other fragrances I smelled and liked, at checkout. Thank you so much, ladies! Hope to see you again next time.
One negative aspect when I visit the store tho: some employees watch/judge you and don't seem to enjoy when a costumer takes their time to sample and smell a lot of perfumes. Or they don't like it when you refuse their help. But many people know before coming in what they'd like to smell/buy, so no guidance is needed.
I'd like to say that a lot of us have fragrance collections and we really enjoy browsing and trying stuff in this particular store, before buying something to add to our collection. We don't want to be rushed into buying something random, because as with any other collection, we want it to be refined, worth the money and suited for our taste.

I visited the YSL counter yesterday as I required makeup for my wedding. I was completely ignored whilst the girl?s continued to talk to another girl facing her counter . I wasn?t welcomed or asked if I required any help.I decided after 10 minutes of being ignored to leave. Not impressed.

Sisley, Chanel and Le Mar have amazing staff! Avis is the most warm, loving, friendly, kind and caring person I have every come across in any retail shop. She is such a lovely and beautiful person. I came into Harvey Nichols, around 3 weeks ago and she took such good care of me. I was unwell, not feeling too great and she just made my day! I came back a week later after making a purchase (because she helped me pick the right product and took the time to make sure that I was taken care of) just to see her and buy more things from her! The right staff really mean everything! Lovely store, can't wait to go back! ???
