My elderly mum and I met 2 young ladies at the counters on the ground floor of the Halifax. One lady had long dark hair and the other was blonde. Sorry I didn?t get your names. They were both so patient and kind and I can?t thank them enough for helping us get stuff sorted. Exceptional customer service.

I had to go into the branch to make a transaction and the staff were very helpful, particularly Diana, who was very helpful, friendly and dealt with matters expeditiously and in a very good customer-focused manner

The girls upstairs really cba. Youre not a somebody cos you work in a bank lol. Just acknowledge people, gain some confidence, do your job...
Its gonna be a hot one today, guarantee the heating is still on 25°C like it always is.
It was hot as hell, luckily I had to go back down stairs where it was slightly less tropical.
The branch is set out in a really weird way, I mever noticed before.
Lots of older ppl queuing out the door for a cash machine inside.... theres two outside....

Made a child?s account that was difficult enough to get open for then after to get reviewed two months later and closed don?t waste your time customer service via head office and branch is shocking.

Didn?t get any help. Instead I was given a business card to call the number to sort my things and a rude treatment from a young bank representative.

Unfortunately had to go into this branch as the main one in Leeds on Headrow is now closed. Trying to trace an old savings account with them. Cashier was rather rude and dismissive of my enquiry. So glad I don't bank with them anymore. Clearly, all the staff in this branch are miserable and unhelpful looking at the the other reviews

When the bank branch staff encourages you to commit fraud, I have to say something because it is beyond poor customer service. My husband and I took our printed and mailed bank statements into this branch to be stamped, as required by the government for my visa to continue living in the country. Not one, but two female employees scoffed at the idea and were rude, but more importantly, told him to buy a fraudulent bank stamp on eBay. Rather than stamp the pages and use a few minutes of their time, they wanted us to commit fraud? The gross negligence is so astounding and concerning, as well as unlawful, and therefore, we will take our business elsewhere.

The first thing the cashier said, even though it was an empty line, was I could do this online. As if to invalidate her whole job. For goodness sake, I apologise for interrupting your chatting for all of 2 minutes.

I dont know whats her name but she is so unhelpful she is more focus on getting me to do everything online than listening. I agree it's convenient to do everything online but not for my mom that have limited English. Halifax close so many physical branch and this is the standard of the leftover?? Information she gave me is not even accurate. Just told me to call the number behind the bank card. Wow jeez thanks what a solution

Terrible service. Counter service keeps closing and they make customers wait to use services. 30 mins at time. Not sure why?? Need to change bank.
