Smug counter assistant David, gave me totally wrong information about how you have to pay bills now. So asked person in head office in Leeds and they said it was totally wrong. He served me today and denied giving me wrong information or lieing. Not man enough to admit he was wrong.

I will be back in the bank tomorrow to deposit cash. I DO NOT EXPECT to be harassed like I was today. I was not struggling, and I enjoy using the machine. But my money was whipped out of my hand by a member of staff with a "how are you" which I was stunned to silence by and didn't even reply to. I just stood there in shock. I was not asked if I needed help, which by the way I didn't. I enjoy using the machines. You want to help? Okay, ask if I need help. Otherwise leave me alone! SERIOUSLY

Very poor customer service. The staff seemed untrained and they didn't have any bank knowledge. The answer is I can't check I don't know whatever you ask any question. What's the purpose to set up a branch?!
