I was waiting for over an hour to have a headlight replaced. At least one customer, who arrived after me, was shepherded into the maintenance bays ahead of me. At one point, three members of staff were stood directly in front of me, looking at me, having a smoke break for twenty minutes. No one approached my car or spoke to me. After an hour of waiting I spoke to a member of staff who blamed someone else. The headlight took all of 5 minutes to replace, staff were very apologetic and gave me a discount of £2 but even still this was exceptionally poor. I expected to be at least offered a full refund or some discount off an MOT etc, the ignorance and lack of communication were pretty staggering.

A lady called Kayley was so helpful to my partner in helping him to look for a bike for our daughter for Christmas. She couldn't do enough for him. Absolutely outstanding customer service.

Poor experience all round. The shop is the mess. Staff are absent. Was left waiting to collect an order while staff members continued private conversations in stock room, all while holding the goods is was waiting for. And finally, the car park is a farce. Days seem to disappear waiting for the lights to go green to escape the induced hell. Hopefully they go bust in the new year.

Booked in to have a rear brake bulb changed. The poor guy who did it was also having to run the till. It took ages which wasn't his fault. He was hugely apologetic. If you are to charge for a service and have bookable slots for a certain time then the staffing levels need to be such that the service can be delivered without having to wait half an hour while he had to keep running back to manage the queues that were building up.

This weekend I booked my Ford C-Max into KwikFit on Kirkstall Road, thinking it would be a quick job to change a couple of headlight bulbs. The service I received was the worse, I was told my a guy there that it would be about 40 minutes, it took him 3 attempts at finding the right screw driver to do the job before he told me it needed a complete new unit. Next morning (Sunday) i called at Halfords in Kirkstall and the staff could not have been any more professional and polite. They replaced my bulbs in less that 10 minutes - would definitely recommend if you need these little jobs doing
