What a joke. I?ve taken my Pure electric scooter to Halfords several times before for puncture repairs, and they?ve always done it without issue. Suddenly, after wasting half my morning taking it in again, I?m told they no longer work on this brand ? not even for something as basic as changing an inner tube. No logical explanation given, just a flat refusal. Completely inconsistent and a waste of time.

Bought a bike and they made it up for collection. said was checked Friday rechecked sat morning sheet all ticked n signed n handed to me collected sat dint even make out store fault 33. Took bk when said what was dint looked shocked more like they thought had sorted it. Even tho its ment to be brand new. Tried few bits to be told reordered msg u wed. That was it no apology.

There was no way of booking an appointment when I ordered my new car battery including installation so I just turned up, and they fit it straight away. The person who fitted it was very kind and friendly. Great customer service and my car now feels like it's running so much better.

Had a load of trouble getting my car in for a CT mot then when they did put it through the mot and fixed the issues I got my car back worse than what it was originally the abs warning light came on and struggling to get power wouldn?t recommend.
