We're to start ? If I could give zero stars I would this company has major failings within there organisation from there area managers all the way down to the staff out doing calls , with there safe guarding proceduresThey don't address people's complaints or concerns about the service they are supposed to be providing , I no someone who has been waiting since 31st October 2023 for an area manger to ring back and still waiting to this day and not heard a thing from them ,As for the staff out doing visits to peoples loved one they are even worse , they don't care about how they treat the people they are meant to have a responsibility for speak to them like dirt on bottom of your shoe , they turn up for there visits at any time not the agreed time , the care plan they say they got in place is not followed at all , carers trying to get out of taking people on there shopping call which again is in the care plan but not stuck to , if they are asked to go to the shop they take as long as they can .They have male staff asking if a female would like a shower which is not right at all,Please please if you have any family member who is receiving care from theses jokers seriously get them away from this company before it goes tragically wrong for your loved one

Shocking company. I work in care so know how things should be. 2 safeguarding issues within 5 days of each other. Call times shocking. Not enough staff to meet with the demands of the clients. Do nothing in the house. Out in 5 mins. Trust me I could go on and on and only been with them a month. Managers full of promises they cant deliver utterly shocking company.trust me there is plenty more I could say.

Would give zero stars if could. Office staff very unprofessional, have been trying to get a reference for a former staff member for two weeks, they keep saying the person's dealing with references is either away, in a meeting, on annual leave or their dog died.It is affecting the person who's trying to get a job elsewhere- they cannot start the new job without a reference, so they are left without work, only because the office staff cannot be bothered to reply to numerous emails. If the company looks after people the same way they look after their staff, I feel sorry for the service users as this kind of unprofessional approach is appalling.Sincerely,Monika

I understand that all applications are successful however when a candidate requests feedback due to being unsuccessful it?s mainly professional to allow them feedback on what key skills where lacking on the application for the designated job clearly you find it necessary not to respond which you only find it necessary to respond in your unsuccessful

I have worked for Hales for over 5 years now. I was new to care when I started as I had always worked 9am-5pm in office environments. I was very nervous when I started. My nerves were soon put at ease due to receiving endless support and ongoing training from the office. I work with a lovely caring team and we pride ourselves on the fact that we make a difference every singe day. No two days are the same so it definitely keeps you on your toes. You have to ?care? to become a carer and I?m proud to be a part of Hales who do actually care about their staff and service users. I can honestly say I love my job.

I have moved from care and into recruiting but still doing care on accasion I have had plenty opertunitys and offers to work else were but I can honestly say hales are the best I've worked for. the staff are very welcoming friendly and very easy to talk to with any problems they are very understanding and I would recommend hales to any new carer like I said I have worked for a few care company's and I strongly recommend these to be the best by far

A carer took jewellery from my poor gran. They couldn't have cared less about her. Makes me sick to my stomach thinking I left her in their care

Working for Hales has been a really positive experience. The support from management is Brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble, the support I have received is excellent. Its been tought working through the pandemic and as team we have managed really well with a few bumps in the road. Xxx
