Popped into my local store today, was served by a absolute star of a lady, unsure of her name as I didn't see a badge. She said she was from the train station shop. I wanted to purchase some vegan christmas bakes but when asked I was told they were cold. She politely offered to cook me some fresh ones as I was waiting a long time for my bus home. I stayed for a chat while they cooked and she was very friendly. Lovely fresh pasties, thank you very much.

I was in this store today and witnessed a woman come in to ask for a free drink and after the server politely stated that it was not allowed, she began to get verbally abusive towards the member of staff who was only doing his job, and so she was refused service completely for the abuse. She then came back and attempted to steal and making very homophobic comments towards the staff member before a homeless male came in who had been in the store some time beforehand and made threats of physical harm towards the staff member who was understandably very upset by this. The manager and staff member seemed to handle the situation very well however as a gay woman myself I am disgusted that this kind of behaviour is happening, and I strongly believe that more needs to be done about this. I have witnessed several issues now particularly with the homeless in greggs around city centre and I can?t help but question the welfare and safety of the staff, and would kindly suggest that security measures are put into place to prevent situations like this from happening again.

Came in today for free birthday treat, helpful and polite staff, also a benefit to myself as a T1 Diabetic. Made low blood sugars easily manageable for a birthday day out with my partner.Highly recommend

I asked if they had vegan options because I couldn?t see any- the server said yes the sausage and bean so I got that. After eating it I saw it was in fact not vegan and I had eaten meat for the first time in 15 years ???? I don?t know if he was lying to make his life easier or just not listening to me. Lucky I?m not allergic to anything and it?s just my mental state damaged.Ps. It tasted worse then the vegan version
