It doesn't go down well sweeping the floors with an emaciated brush then using that VERY SAME brush to sweep on top of all the tables, even right at an unsuspecting couple who were dining at an adjacent table! The female staff member has surely contravened H&S regulations? When my wheelchair bound mum of 80 odd (who can walk with a stick) came back from the Disabled, she could have fallen flat over the rubbish! I hope that brush hadn't cleaned the toilets, the fact it had done the dirty floors was unacceptable enough to then have her clean the tables with it! My mum mentioned it to her but was overtalked and told "I want to get home!", they then held the emaciated brush up to my mum's face, shouting at us, then put her dirty gloved hand on my mum's back and continued overtalking, saying "you will never come in this shop again!" and "I've got four kids" which is irrelevant. What a shame, because some of the other girls and the lads are so kind and lovely with my mum and me. But this unlawful practice of floor brushes cleaning tables is totally against Health and Safety, and the verbal assault has upset my mum. Extremely shocking.

They don't wear gloves or wash their hands before making your sandwich. I saw her emptying the bin then without washing her hands started making sandwiches. Also your touching cash. I wouldnt recommend eating here

Very slow service for a Greggs on most mornings only one coffee machine was working which was adding to the problems and long queues.

Everything's fine, but I just want to ask you to get the delivery under control. No baguettes, no eggs, no sausages, no mayonnaise. It happens way too often.

Edina was so helpful. She went out of her way to make my day. The sausage rolls aren?t always a hot temperature at this location but it?s service like hers that keep me coming back.

Fairly recently renovated and still looks great, service team are always friendly and helpful, they?re doing a great job, kudos to the team there! Comfortable seats and Greggs best food and drinks, consistently great!
Dietary restrictions: Vegan rolls are a great option even if you?re not vegan!

It?s by far the slowest and most frustrating Greggs I?ve been to.
Queue generally is out the door, takes at least 6 to 10 minutes to get served.
Most Greggs aren?t like this, I can only put it down to the fact there?s never enough staff on.
I try avoid now.

Am a foreigner and new in town, i got terrorized today for ordering as a takeaway and trying to sit in the seating area. I always thought the difference between eating in and takeaway was the cups ( where they give you paper cups for takeaway ) but Apparently at Greggs, eating in means you pay extra which I wouldn?t have minded if i was actually told or if there ways a sign on the door or something. The way that Cushier lady followed me banging on the table telling me eating in was for customers who paid extra was harsh and embarrassing. Mind you this isn?t my first time at Greggs but this was the first time am hearing about this rule. And to that lady all am saying is be nicer to people.

Ordered online on Friday for delivery to work, they didn?t have what I wanted the manager I think she was was so lovely she couldn?t do enough for us! As a person who works In retail she went above n beyond!
