Ordered a meal from the app. Ordering experience was perfect through app and the staff was spot on to get it ready and it was ready by the scheduled collection time. Both girls who is working on new year 2025 day been very friendly especially the one who served me is very good person who served with friendly manner and with a smile. Ty w store looked clean, however the condiments section could be a little bit better clean ( no complaints just a scope of doing bit more)
A star less for baguette fillings, which i felt was not up to the mark. Latte was good in a good fancy colourful cup on the new year day.
Once again credits to the good staff working there on new year day.

I don't understand why open this greggs. Coffee machine broke there is no coffee. Last time there is no sugar how can I drink coffee without sugar 0 service

I went in today. Big queue at 10:15am even tho it's hardly peak time. Coffee machine broke. Got to the front of the queue only to be told it's a 10 minute wait on egg omelette for my sandwich. Told them don't bother.

Ordered 3 hot meal deals got 2 meal deals for price of review, and the 2 young girls have quite a bit of attitude and no accountability. Won't be coming here again. Shocking in terms of service. Won't be coming here again

So I walked in to Greggs based in Kirkstall Guys called: Joe and Darren was very welcoming and kind. I had very hard and horrible day at work, and just needed coffee, and probably some kind words although they were close to finishing their shift. But they acknowledged and served me immediately, was very chatty , happy guys! Always smiling not only they were very kind, but by good gesture I got big coffee after my horrible day at work ! Couldn?t believe it! They are diamonds not because of the free coffee, but how attentive, caring and polite they were. Pay rise to these guys and many applauds ??the are really excellent example to other places like this

I like this place but one thing keeps me a way now only come if nothing else is around and that's because the food is not Lukewarm witch is a no no for me other than that is a place to go for a Quick snack or sandwich

Just been to your Kirstall Road Shop and I was met by a guy working hard stocking up. Telling me to stay safe as Leeds has kicked off like everywhere else. But the reason for this message was, I?ve never met a more pleasant friendly lad as I did today. He is a credit to you and needs to go around and help your other shops to raise a smile. Made to feel so welcome, I was humbled. Thank you.

Always like to drop in here for my breakfast when passing.
You just can't beat their bacon and sausage with brown sauce in a baguette with a bottle of their orange juice. Sometimes grab a bacon buttie if I feel the need for more bacon lol.
