These lot state it opens at 7:30 on 2 occasions I?ve been here it been closed and I?ve been told to wait a further 10/15 mins. I have work.

Rude staff this morning who has no manners. Over charged for breakfast. She simply lack customer service. I don't know how someone will charge sandwich separately and drinks separately when she clearly heard breakfast! She doesn't deserve working for Greggs. If you have bad day don't extend to work!. Absolutely disgusting.

Tracy and the team are fantastic and always so helpful. However today it was Liz and her colleagues (I?m sorry I don?t know your name, SO sorry!) Sunday 12th at between 1.30-2pm.Partner had a free sandwich and we also asked them to make me a tuna sandwich in a roll because they didn?t have any and the colleague offered to do it for me, I was so grateful and she was so nice about it. Liz made it and it was so fresh, tasted amazing thank you guys for doing that, I was truly appreciative for it.Someone further down commented on them looking at their friends phones instead of serving? no offence but we aren?t friends with them but we just know them as staff so well in the armley Greggs that we always chat to them. Our dog passed recently and we got tattoos so we?ve been showing them pics of him on our phones and showing the tattoos and chatting with them a bit more than we usually would. Because we need it.Tracy has come out to hug me and the other staff members have been wonderful about the whole thing, really made us feel better when we?ve been so down. Please pass on our thanks, they?re SO incredible and know their regular customers, ask how we are and so on. They?re wonderful.and their friendliness keeps us going backRegarding the pasties being cold, etc, they are just following their food standard code that they are given from Greggs. They?re not allowed to throw food out and have to keep it under the heat for a certain amount of time which keeps it still ok to eat. It?s not THEIR problem, the staff aren?t purposely serving you cold food, good lord ? maybe go to head office rather than moan about the staff, they have to do what they?re told or they?ll get disciplined for throwing food out and wasting it! Know this cos I?ve worked in cafes before and it?s exactly the same system.

Placed a large order (for work) on the app for collection at 07:30.. get there bang on time and the shutters are down. Waited 20 mins til 07:50 and shutters still down! I could see movement in the shop but they were nowhere near ready. As I didn't want to look like a madman banging on the shutters I just left, with a view to getting a refund. Finally got a text at quarter past 8 saying the order was ready.. 45 minutes late! Why advertise that you are open at 07:30 when your shutters are still down at 07:50??

Staff are friendly and great. Entered the store and there was no Mexican chicken baguettes, the lady behind the till noticed this and told me they can make sandwiches if the ingredients are available. Had a sandwich made fresh on the spot.

Would have given 5 stars but they mess about too much. Instead of each member of staff serving a customer they serve customers between them so they spend more time stood waiting than they spend actually serving customers..They've become more like doctors receptionists and thinking they're better than the customers they're serving.....

Excellent customer service shout out to Lauren who after days of me coming in after all the pizza slices had run out offered to reserve one for me and when I picked it up she boxed it into a dessert box instead of the usual paper packaging so that the cheese wouldn't come off
