The staff dont even know how to use the heating machine to make ham & cheese done. It took 25mins to heat the bake! So disappointed

Disinterested staff, far too busy having private conversations. Won't be going there again and neither will the 5 people in the queue behind me. Staff don't want to heat up toasties? Don't offer them for sake then
