Granny?s Greggs all granny?s working there all look fed up with life the customer service is so bad? very rude no customer satisfaction people queuing to get served there not bothered I don?t no how a big brand like Greggs can employe people like them.

The service is so shockingly slow at this branch, especially in the morning when the management should know better to adequately staff the shop. But there is only ever 1 person serving. 15 minutes it took me to wait in the queue before I gave up and walked out, there were 5 more people in front of me and likely would have taken another 15 mins.
There is one young girl that sometimes works early and she is amazing! Always fast and great at multitasking but the rest of the staff don't seem to understand the urgency of service people quick in the mornings. How can it take 20+ mins to serve less than 10 people in a shop that already has everything ready to serve

It is such a small shop and it is ALWAYS heaving, their doest appear to be enough staff on, the first time I called we queued for AGES! so the second time I ordered in the app due to us being in a rush, and we still had to wait as there was only 1 staff member up front.

I work at the hospital over the road, and sometimes call in for a sandwich and a coffee, the manger at this branch is a lovely friendly lady and is always happy when I've been in, well done to that lady.

Service is very poor and they were very rude. I would never recommend this branch to anyone. I simply asked for her name to make a complaint and she refused to give her name.
