Queues are far too long and there are never any sandwiches in the morning between 7:30-8:00 am. The only redeeming quality was that it was on the app so I could preorder/click and collect and get lunch for work but now this shop is no longer on the app?

Was a minute early of opening, stood in rain with no acknowledgement from staff just on other side of the door.When door was opened, I greeted staff with no response. I asked the staff member at the counter when the vegan bakes would be ready, as none were out? Their shoulders sank as they embarrassedly relayed the query to the person in charge, who sighed and said, "Oh, I always do this. Sorry, It'll be while, 'coz I haven't defrosted them yet."I thanked them and left to see out my break without food.

Due to open at 6am which is typically when I'll go but is very rarely open at that tike and is often after 6:10 usually many people stood waiting outside that ultimately go over the road to McDonald's.
