Bought everything we needed for camping and hiking. Lauren was absolutely fantastic, gave us advice on hiking boots based on our requirements, not just focused on price, actually helped us with what would be best for us. Recommended socks and other items as well! Feel very prepared now. Thank you.

This is a boring shop. Good range of items for camping, you can get a good deal here sometimes, especially if you're a member.
It was better before they sold off their spaces to third party companies.
The bike section here is no longer run by go outdoors - Some expensive, pretentious third party company.
Generally clean & tidy - prefer the store in Farsley.

I after be honest and say my visit on Thursday was a very bad experience when I first walked in I was asked to leave my backpack with staff I assume they believ ed I was a thief but I shrugged it off and continue d just to be asked to hand over the clothes I picked to save until I was ready to pay .at that point I felt uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there I must say every time I go into the fishing shop in store I was welcomed and treated like a normal customer .and to add insult to injury when I finnaly paid for my clothes I was told my backpack was just left by my bike right next to the doors with very precious pictures and jewellery that I just picked up .very bad experience and wouldn't advise the place I'm going to try pudsey store from now on has I am a member and ya do find some great deals

Half the store blocked off for stock check which is a pain. A woman asked tif she could look at the jackets. Blonde female staff member did a very rudely mocked her in front of other staff and customers once she had left the area

Quality, got what I needed. A lovely girl came over and helped out and told me to speak to Richard about backpacking camping. Richard was really good and spent about 20 mins explaining all the gear to me (which I needed as a total newbie). Great service and lovely staff.

Greeted on the way in and then no further acknowledgement from staff. Even when we were showing all the buying signals and needing help.

I recently visited GO Outdoors to purchase a pair of Wellington boots, and my experience was outstanding, thanks to Sam.
He was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently explaining everything I needed to know about the different options available.
Sam took the time to walk me through each style and feature, which made it much easier to find the perfect pair.
His patience was remarkable as I took my time deciding, and he remained courteous and polite throughout the process.
Sam?s expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set this experience apart. I would highly recommend GO Outdoors for anyone in need of quality products and top-notch service!

Got what I needed however after 2 trips from Bradford bd2 so a hour round trip twice . This was because the 3 peace winter suit i bought had the wrong size trousers. . Would give 5 stars but the fishing department is absolutely shocking. To say bobco has recently closed for good i was hoping more of a selection, to be frank about it it was pants . Then I was told your moving in a cycle shop to take over the fishing side . I really hope ppl can afford these ridiculous push bikes that cost more than some cars . I'd of thought there was more money in the fishing side . Even the new York fishing department is depressing
