Very rarely leave reviews but I was so impressed with the customer service in the Fred Perry Leeds store this afternoon. The shop manager went above and beyond to help me find some Christmas presents. She was so helpful finding the right style and fit for my partner, it took all the stress out of shopping for me! I'll definitely be visiting again.

Visited the Fred Perry Leeds store again last week and had the best shopping experience. Staff are always really friendly. welcoming and on hand to help with whatever you need. Special thanks to the store manager who went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed.

We travelled from Sunderland to pick up a jacket that had been sent from Camden Fred Perry for us. The Manager was so helpful from ringing and speaking to him to receiving my jacket. The lady in the store was so lovely aswell. I didn't catch their names. Its a beautiful little shop in The Victoria Quarter and we will definitely be back next time we are in Leeds.

I went in to the store yesterday afternoon to get a couple of t shirts, but the sales assistant could not get off her phone, she was still on her phone when I walked out, lost sales there. How rude.
