Always the most attentive, friendly, genuine service at Francos.
The food is easily the best in Leeds. Always consistently excellent- and that?s coming from my partner who is a particular chef! The quality is outstanding.
Such a welcoming restaurant and we always look forward to visiting.

Great service. I think I just ordered the wrong thing I got the lobster ravioli and it tasted so fishy I couldn't eat it. My partners pasta was delcious and the desserts were to die for. I would definitely return and try something else.

Lovely little Italian hidden behind the springs shopping centre! The staff are always friendly and are always keen to recommend wines to compliment the dishes, which I always appreciate!
My favourite dishes here are the garlic chicken calzone and the bolognese, I have had them both many time!
We recently visited for the Sunday lunch and it did not disappoint! They come and carve the beef at your table, which is nice to watch! And it tastes delicious!

I?ve been to Francos many times and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
I recently visited with some friends and it seemed like all hell had broken lose at Francos - absolutely rammed with large parties and not enough staff.
We waited an hour to even be able to order our food, and another hour for it to arrive. The food only turned up when I chased it with the manager. Other tables had arrived after us, were served, got their food and left before we even had our food.
The food wasn?t up to their usual standard because they were so rushed. A lot of the staff seemed new and not sure what to do, the customer service was not there.
The place was packed so full the waiting staff were repeatedly bumping the back of our chairs because they had brought in tables from outside. Not a very relaxing experience! It was so loud in there you couldn?t hear the person sat next to you.
Very disappointed and wouldn?t recommend anyone visit at the weekend.
As for Francos so called reply below: he seems to like to argue with anyone who gives a negative review. You may think that this kind of experience in a restaurant is acceptable; I do not and your reply has just ensured I never come here again, and never recommend it to anyone again. Well done *slow clap*

What a place... probably the best Italian out of Italy food was amazing service we was fantastic Franco was great. first time iv been there, and I will definitely be going back.
