Visited the store today as I had issues with using gift cards online. Callum served me he was amazing and really went above and beyond to help. Rare to see such I high level of service these days I will definitely return to this shop for all future purchases

I purchased some trainers from this store roughly 10 days ago.After calling customer services they told me to call in store (there wouldn?t be a problem) I then tried to change them for half a size bigger, my item was brand new & in the box.On Sunday 5th November @ around 11:20am the store manager wouldn?t change the size for me even after proving on my bank statement.He really unprofessional, he just looked like he walked in after a night out, you might want educate your manager on the 30 day policy about unworn items.Judging by the other reviews I can see I?m not the only person what?s frustrated. I Can?t see my self wanting to visiting this store again. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Staff behaviour was so rude at the till was talking very unethical about me and my hygine as i went for refund. Told me wrong information while the item i was buying and when i went for refund he told me we are no liable by terms. It is very unethical practice going on to sale the products from the store and i told to complaint about them, i was asked to get me out of store by security. This is very emabaracing in front of everyone and was very rude behaviour by the store person at the till. I think i will complaint in the consumer rights for this type of behaviour and unethical practices is run by store to sell products.

I think this store has to change there staff because they are very rude with the customers and they are insulting customer in front other customers and they are showing attitude towards the individual which not right. In addition , they are giving faulty information about the products and there time duration to change.

Really disappointed by a staff member. My mother was discriminated against in this store. she has trigeminal neuralgia which causes an excruciating nerve pain. She had to cover her face as it was windy today and the staff member came to her and asked her to remove her hood she tried to explain to him her condition many times and he kept repeating ? What? Why?? instead of actually listening. My sister returned to explain to him and he didn't even apologize and he insisted that he was right. I understand that this might be the store policy but there were people wearing their hood and she had a reason to wear it.
