“Went into the showroom, really nice staff! Ordered a carpet which came quicker than expected and install date was very fast, carpet fitted today - literally no complaints at all, very refreshing in comparison to other companies I've recently highered. Spent a little but couldn't be happier! 5*

“Jess could not have been more helpful. This is real, high level, old fashioned decent customer service at its best. Once we had received the samples I had ordered (of which she had added several which we may not have considered by looking at images on the website) she phoned to discuss our requirements and was quick to put together a quote. She had also followed up after the order was placed to advise of a slight shortfall but already had an alternative in place to ensure the order could be satisfied within our timescale.The quality of the product speaks for itself, but a good sales and customer service manner solidifies this.I will only be using this company in future for our flooring needs!”
