“Quite unhappy. We bought some discount laminate from them -- we were told it was some excess tiles. No refund purchase. Now we have laid it out and some of the tiles are of a different shade from the majority of them. Would have appreciated them being upfront with us. Pic for evidence.EDIT in reply to Floorstore: sorry, this is our fault. We googled the tiles and they are supposed to be a mixed-colour effect. We didn't realise, so they weren't laid out right but that's on us. We bought the tiles from you ages ago, so you can't locate the receipt. I've changed the rating.”
